	Contract, Price and trade complaints Sub-Committee

The scope of work

To study and consider contracts, price and trade complaints which are related to rubber trade in which TRA shall take responsibility and co-operate, especially with international rubber organizations.
To negotiate and settle disputes between members, partners and other parties in the event of non-compliance with trade agreements. Conclusion for both parties shall be reached within one month after a written complaint is received.
